Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage sessions tailored to client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and medical massage
• Incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, or energetic awareness into sessions (as aligned with training and comfort level).
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold the highest standards of client care and confidentiality.
• Educate clients on self-care and holistic wellness practices when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow all spa policies and state regulations.
• Contribute to a serene, professional, and welcoming environment throughout the spa.

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapy License in the state of Texas.
• Liability insurance required.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
• Interest in holistic or energy-based healing modalities a plus (Reiki, sound therapy, aromatherapy, etc.).
• Registration with the VA Community Care Network is a plus; assistance will be provided upon hiring if not currently registered.
• Weekend or evening availability preferred.
