Wellness Circle: The Healing Practice of Rest - July 11th
Join us for an intimate monthly gathering designed to explore the mind-body connection through guided reflection, meditation, and sound healing.
Saturday July 11th / 2 PM / 90 min
In a world that often celebrates constant productivity, many of us have forgotten how to truly rest. Even when opportunities to slow down arise, we may find ourselves carrying guilt, mental activity, or the feeling that there is always something more to do.
This month's Wellness Circle explores our relationship with rest and the role it plays in supporting our overall well-being. Through guided conversation and reflective discussion, we'll explore what rest means, what makes it difficult, and how we can begin creating space for restoration in our daily lives.
Following our discussion, guests will be guided through a restorative meditation and immersive sound healing experience designed to encourage relaxation, nervous system support, and inner stillness.
Participants will also receive a simple wellness practice to take home and integrate into everyday life.
This is not a lecture, and it is not therapy.
It is an invitation to pause, reflect, and experience what it feels like to receive rest without needing to earn it.
Experience Includes:
- Guided Reflection & Discussion
- Meditation
- Sound Healing
- Take-Home Wellness Practice
Limited seating available to maintain an intimate experience with accommodations provided.
