The Wellness Circle is a guided mind-body experience that blends reflective conversation, gentle awareness practices, and immersive sound healing within a calming spa environment. Each gathering is intentionally kept small to maintain a sense of comfort, presence, and connection.
Our minds are constantly holding more than we realize — thoughts, responsibilities, memories, future planning, and emotional weight that rarely gets space to settle. Over time, this can create a feeling of mental overwhelm that follows us even into moments of rest.
This circle offers a different pace.
We begin by exploring the lived experience of mental overload through guided reflection and community conversation. From there, we shift into stillness — a guided meditation and sound healing experience designed to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and inner spaciousness.
Each guest will also receive a simple, supportive practice to take home — something gentle to use when overwhelm shows up in daily life.
This is not a lecture, and it is not therapy.
It is a pause.
A shared space to reflect.
An opportunity to experience what it feels like to set things down, even briefly.
A return to yourself.
